#Soya Chaap Curry is a delicious vegetarian gravy made using Soyabean Chaap. It can be made in various ways but here sharing my favorite way of making soya chaap.
Steps

Wash peel and chop ginger, garlic and onion,. Gather all ingredients.

Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely chopped onions, ginger and garlic, cashew nuts and almonds. Add black pepper seeds, green and black cardamoms and cinnamon. Saute for 2 - 3 minutes till onions become translucent. Switch off the flame. Let it cool. Now grind it in a mixxer to a smooth paste.

Cut soya chops in pieces.

Heat cooking oil in a wok. Fry soya chop pieces till golden brown.

Heat 2 tb sp butter in a wok. Add masala paste and sauté it till paste starts leaving the sides of wok. Now add all dry masala ingredients and mix well.

Add soya chunks and stir till all chops are coated with masala..Saute for 2 minutes.

Add water and mix. Cover the lid and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes or till chops becomes soft.

Add fresh malai and stir. Switch off the flame.

Serve hot with chapatti or parantha garnished with chopped coriander leaves and malai.
