Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgCuttle fish
  • 3 cupWater
  • 1 tspChilli powder
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tbspCoriander powder
  • 1 tbspcumin powder
  • to tasteSalt and pepper powder
  • 2 tspCurry leaves
  • 1 tspMustard seeds
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pressure cooker add cuttlefish with all masala mixed with 3 cup of water

  2. 2

    Cook for 10 mins

  3. 3

    Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan

  4. 4

    Add cuttlefish pieces. Fry for some mins

  5. 5

    Now add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Fry for 5 mins

  6. 6

    Cuttlefish fry ready
