Butter Scotch Ice cream

For base:- Boil milk dilute cornflour n gms powder in 1/4cup milk. Bring one boil n add sugar n diluted mixture. stir cont.n boil 7-8on slow flame.Turn off flame. N allow it to cool on room temp. N pour in a container. set in freezer for 7-8hrs. Base is ready.

For walnut crunch :- Add sugar in a pan n caramal when it melt add walnut coursly grinded. Mix n transfer in a grease plate spread to make chikki. Set for 15min. Take out from plate n make crunch. Walnut chikki is ready.

For butter sauce:- heat sugar in a pan add butter n milk stir n cook for1-2min. Sauce is ready.

Now Take base in a big vessel cut n add pinch yellow colour milk powder n beat with electric beater add butter sauce. N beat for7-8min. Set in a freezer for 1 hour.

Now take out n mix walnut chikki crunch. N again set air tight container in a freezer for 8-10hrs. Creamy delicious butter scotch ice cream is ready.

Garnish with butter scotch chips.. N Serve.
