A healthy twist to a simple salad by using Walnuts.

Steps

Heat oil in a pan

Add Garlic &ginger and fry for sometime

Add trimmed and halved french beans and stir

Adjust the salt &pepper
- 5
Add the Cranberries & the chopped Walnuts
- 6
Add the lemon zest and squeeze some lemon juice.

Adjust the seasoning as per your taste

Just before serving sprinkle some chilli flakes and serve
