Cream of Spinach soup

Boil water & add spinach,ginger & chilli to it. Boil for 3-4mins.

Strain and put in cold water immediately.

Again strain and put in mixer jar add beet root to it to make purée.

Heat butter add wheat flour and roast it.

Gradually add milk and stir continuously. Make white sauce without any lumps then add salt and black pepper powder

Add puree and little water to it. Cook for a min then add cream to it. Mix well

Boil it for 4-5mins... ready to serve...gatnish with cream.
