Ingredients

  • 1 bunchfenugreek leaves
  • 11/2 cupsif wheat flour
  • 1/2 cupbesan
  • 1/4 cupbajra flour
  • 1 tbspchopped or paste of ginger, garlic+green chili paste
  • 1 tspheeng
  • 1 tspajwain
  • 1 tbspsugar or jaggery
  • 2 tbspcurd
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 11/2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspred chili powder
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • as requiredLaban for kneading the dough, can use water too
  • 1 tbspsesame seeds
  • 2 tbspoil

    In a mixing bowl take all the flour(wheat, besan and bajra).Add chopped fenugreek leaves. Add all the spices, curd and sesame seeds. Add oil to it and knead the dough.

    Cover and keep it aside for 5 minutes. After that make small balls and flatten them into the shape of roti with a rolling pin. Heat a pan and cook the thepla like paratha. Thepla is ready.

    Enjoy with pickle, curd, or any sabji of your choice.
