In a mixing bowl take all the flour(wheat, besan and bajra).Add chopped fenugreek leaves. Add all the spices, curd and sesame seeds. Add oil to it and knead the dough.

Cover and keep it aside for 5 minutes. After that make small balls and flatten them into the shape of roti with a rolling pin. Heat a pan and cook the thepla like paratha. Thepla is ready.

Enjoy with pickle, curd, or any sabji of your choice.
