Keep the ingredients ready.

Heat a Kadhai and put oil in it and when hot add mustard seeds and urad dal.

Then add the chopped onion, curry leaves, green chilies, and ginger and sauté for a few minutes. Add salt and mix well.

Now add the sevai to it and mix everything well so that the sevai gets coated well. It will take 3 to 4 minutes. Turn off the heat.

Now put grated coconut and chopped coriander leaves. Top with roasted peanuts finally. Serve hot.
