1 cupmoong, sprouted
as requiredregular masale
as requiredcoriander leaves

Boil beetroot and potato

Add sprouts + mashed boiled potato and beetroot

Add masale.

Make small patties and press to make tikki

Coat with suji nicely.

Shallow fry on tawa

Ready to serve with sauce.
