Basic ingredients required.

In a large pan and boil the noodles. Once the noodles are boiled then strain it and wash with cold water and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the boiled noodles on low to medium heat till it turns golden brown.

Heat oil in a large pan and add ginger-garlic paste and saute until raw smell goes off. Then add green chilli, cabbage, boiled mutter, tomato, capsicum, beans, onion, boiled corns mix well and stir fry on high for few seconds.

Add salt, red chilli powder, chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, sugar mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add water and cover the pan for 5 minutes.

Mix cornflour, water and coriander and cook for a minute.

The sauce for choupsey is ready. Enjoy American chop suey by placing fried noodles and pouring chop suey sauce.
