Lauki kofta curry receipe

Firstly, peel and grate lauki

Add salt and mix well. this helps to release water from lauki.

Now squeeze the grated lauki and reserve the water. water will be used to prepare gravy.

Add besan, turmeric, red chilli powder

Mix.to form well a dough

Now prepare small balls with oil greased hands

Deep fry the koftas on medium heat in a pan of oil

Fry till they turn golden brown.

For gravy --firstly, in a large kadai, take 1-2 tsp of oil and saute chopped onions till they sweat.

Next add ginger-garlic paste. saute till the raw smell of ginger-garlic disappears.

Add tomato onion paste

Add coriander powder, salt, chilli powder

Salute the spices

Now add the left over lauki water

Mix well add garam masala and coriander leaves

Add kofta in curry

And lauki kofta curry is ready
