First add all ingredients except 1 katori oil in big thali,mix well

Now add little by little water to make medium soft dough. Rest it for 10 to 15 minutes

Now heat the non_Stick tawa on medium flame,take small ball from dough,make medium thick Thepla,spread 2 drops of oil on tawa,put the Thepla on it,

Roast from both the sides neatly on medium flame and then on slow flame, it's ready to serve,serve hot with chutney or sauce.
