Add oil in a pan add chopped garlic fry it until it's colour changes then add potatoes fry them for few mints

Then add carrot, capsicum, cabbage and peas and fry them for few mints then add salt, Chinese salt,black pepper, Chicken powder and red chilli flakes then cover and cook until potatoes tenderise

Then add chilli and soya sauce cook for 5 to 10 mints then serve..
