Carrot And Cheese Chapati Roll

Take 1 cup wheat flour. Add a pinch of salt and oil. Mix properly. Add water as needed and knead a smooth dough. Once it is done. Cover it and keep aside for 1/2 a hrs. From the dough take a small ball and roll it like a chapati. Repeat the same procedure. Once it is done.

Heat non-stick pan. Place the chapati and cook till it becomes brown on both sides. Once it is done. Transfer to a plate.

First spread 1/2 tsp tomato sauce and 1/2 tsp chilli sauce. Place a portion of the stuffing on one side of the chapati and roll it tightly with kitchen paper. Repeat the same procedure. Once it is done.

Serve hot. Carrot cheese chapati roll.
