My family's favorite dish..... Onion rings

Cut rings out of onions and soak them in ice cold water for 10 to 15 minutes.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and add milk to adjust consistency. The paste should be little thick so that it stay on the rings when you dip them in.

Dip rings in the batter and coat it thoroughly in the crumbs and fry on medium high flame till crisp and golden.

Enjoy with cheese sauce
