In a large pot sauté ground beef until no longer pink, drain any fat......

Add to ground beef your black pepper, Sazon, oregano and garlic powder, sauté until fragrant.......

Add in your salsa and tomato sauce, heat to boiling, stirring occasionally, then lower heat and cook beef mixture on low heat for about 20 minutes......

Lightly spray a muffin tin with canola oil cooking spray

Place your mini corn tortillas (or cut up regular size tortilla) into each cup of a muffin tin, pressing down on each one........

Spoon your ground beef mixture into each muffin cup, then place a small cut up cube of your pepperjack cheese on top of ground beef mixture.....

Place muffin tin into a preheated 350 degree oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese has fully melted.....

Let cool for several minutes, remove from muffin tin, top each serving with sour cream and enjoy with your ice cold beer 🍺 or maybe a margarita 🍹 😊!
