Quick Chikuwa, Avocado, and Tomato Stir-fry

I stir-fried some items from my fridge--chikuwa, avocado, and tomatoes--and it was delicious.
If you don't like tomato skins, blanch and remove them. Be careful not to overcook the tomatoes or else they'll become watery.

Slice the avocado vertically and remove the pit. Chop into bite-size pieces. Cut the tomato into bite-sized pieces. Slice the chikuwa diagonally.

Put olive oil in a pan, fry the chikuwa, then add the avocado, frying over medium-high heat.

Add the tomatoes. Once heated through, add the mirin and soy sauce. Give it a quick fry and you're done.

Serve with black pepper.
