Made this again today and will fill it in a couple of days with pumpkin pie filling. The dough feels so amazing. I know the crust will be perfect when baked.

Made this again today and will fill it in a couple of days with pumpkin pie filling. The dough feels so amazing. I know the crust will be perfect when baked.
Cooking Instructions

In a large bowl, combine flour and salt.

Add vegetable shortening; mix with pastry blender.
- 3
Add egg, vinegar and water; work with pastry blender until mixture resembles small peas. (don't be afraid to mix well and handle. If it falls on the floor, pick it up and go on: you can't hurt this recipe. The germs cook out.)

Roll on a floured board to make pie crusts or many, many tarts.

Freezes well If covered with foil.

Bake as usual for pie crust
