Steps

Take a pan add oil in it then add ginger garlic paste and fry it till light golden brown now add meat and bhunafay it until the meat changes it's colour

Now add Green chillies paste,salt, black pepper powder, cumin seeds, coriander powder, tomato paste and cook for 15 to 18 minutes

Then add yogurt and cook until the meat becomes completely tender and oil comes up

Peshawari Namkeen gosht is ready to serve
