  3. 1/2 cupoil

  7. Potato filling
  8. 4boiled potato mashed
  9. 1 tbspoil
  10. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  11. 1 tbspchopped green chilli
  12. 4 tbsponion
  13. leavesSome coriander
  14. 1 pinchhing
  15. 1/2 tspajwain
  16. 1/2 tspred chilli
  17. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  18. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  19. For frying

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add maida,add oil,salt mix it well.

    Add water as required, Knead dough make stuff dough,cover it 25 min. Take a aside.

    Take a bowl add mashed potatoes, coriander leaves, chopped chilli and all ingredients.

    Mix it well.

    Make 5 portions and roll balls.begin to roll ovel shape 8 inch cut it 2 parts.

    Gently roll it apply water in the edge,fill the cones potato masala.

    Bring the edge together sealed well.

    Fry samosa in deep fry oil.

  9. 9

    Fry it well until it looks golden brown. Ready your samosa.

    Serve it with your favorite ketchup.
