Peel lauki and wash it and cut small pieces

Put cooker on gas add oil and warm add jeera and add then add ginger and garlic paste after 2 min. Then add onion after golden brown then add tomato and all spices and add needed water

Close the lid cook till lauki get cooked serve with chapati and mango pickle
