Steps

Take Sooji, Cocoa powder, Baking Powder and Baking Soda and mix them in a mixing bowl.
Then add vegetable oil to it. - 2
Then add the custard powder to the Milk to add it in the dry mix and pour Coffee later on.
Then keep mixing them continuously. - 3
Add pinch of salt and 2 big spoons of sugar to the mixture, Grind them all together for 5 min and Keep the mixture to rest for 15 min so that the sooji would be soaked and expanded.

After 15 min of rest, pour fruit salt to the bowl and add a spoon of vinegar to it. Them mix it properly.
It would work like active yeast and help the cake to grow and become soft. - 5
Grease the baking tray with oil, pour the batter in the baking tray and tap to settle it down.

Add Chocolate syrup to it. I have added it at last to make design. You can add it while preparing the batter.

Put the baking tray in a preheated microwave oven to bake it at 180° for 30 min.

After 30 min, take it out and keep it to cool down. So that it can be easily transferred to plate.
