Ingredients

  • 500 gmchicken
  • 4onion
  • 4Tomato
  • 2 spoonGinger garlic paste
  • 2 spooncoriander cumin power
  • 2 spoonturmeric powder
  • 4 spoonred chilli powder
  • 2 spoongaram masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • 4-5 spoonOil for cooking
  • 2 tspCoriander leaves for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Finely chop onions and tomatoes.

  2. 2

    Heat 4-5 spoon of oil in a big kadhai.

  3. 3

    Now add finely chopped onions in oil and fry till onions turn brown.

  4. 4

    Now add Ginger garlic paste and finely chopped tomatoes and fry till oil oozes out or till oil separates.

  5. 5

    Now add 2 spoon turmeric powder and mix well.

  6. 6

    Now add the chicken and mix well and cook the chicken on low flame for 15-20 mins, don't add water in it.

  7. 7

    For fast cooking cover the kadhai with a lid or plate.

  8. 8

    After 15-20 mins check whether the chicken is properly cooked or not.

  9. 9

    When cooked add salt, cumin-coriander powder, red chili powder and garam masala.

  10. 10

    Now mix well and turn off the flame.

  11. 11

    Garnish with coriander and have this delicious chicken with bhakri.
