Boil the speggati n then drain it.Sprinkle the olive oil.

Add olive oil to the pan,then add garlic paste n salt.

Saute the veggies n add speggati into the pan.Now add grated cheese on the top. Then cover it with the lid.

Add Black pepper into the beat the egg with pepper n salt.Make the scumble egg.

Now add oregano.Off the flame. Now is the time for plating, garnish the dish with egg n tomato sauce.
