Heart shape cheese stuffed bread (Valentine’s Day special)

First of all in small pan pour milk and add butter on low flame just to melt butter in milk,no need to boil it.

Now in a small bowl take 1 tbsp warm water, mix dry yeast and sugar give a stir and rest for 5 minutes till yeast get activated.

Furthermore in a large mixing bowl add all purpose flour,salt,activated yeast and butter mixed milk,knead the dough for at least 5-6 minutes till soft and smooth.Tuck the dough,cover and rest the dough in warm place for 1 hours till activated.

After 1 hour we can see the dough has raised double in size,now punch dough to remove the excess air incorporated in the dough.knead again little and then divide into medium size balls and roll out into circles.

Now take one small ball and shape it in long cylindrical shape, then from your fingers spread the shape in flat, sprinkle some cheese,oregano and chilli flakes.

Now beat egg with the pinch of salt and keep it aside, brush little egg wash on one side of the flat dough,fold the other half over and press the edges together and roll it,now shape this in heart with your fingers on parchment paper,egg wash the bread sprinkle some sesame seeds and chilli flakes.

Bake in preheated oven at 200c for 20 minutes until golden brown.

Gorgeous and fluffy heart shape cheese stuffed bread is ready to serve warm.
