Ingredients

3 + leftovers

Poundscallops thawed (or shrimp if you prefer)
1 lbadoule or smoked sausage
2medium zucchini cut into 3/4 inch rounds
4table spoons butter
2 tablespoonscajun or creole seasoning
4 tablespoonseafood seasoning
48 ounceschicken broth
1 bagfrozen corn or canned if you prefer
1 lbbaby red potatoes cut 3/4 inch
2 dozenFresh clams already steamed. I add about
2 tablespoonsparsley

Throw everything but the seafood and the parsley in a big pot and start boiling. Reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes soften to fork tender.

Add scallops or shrimp. Give it about 4 minutes add clams if you have em. Bout 2 minutes and serve.
