Ingredients

  1. 200 gramgreen moong dal
  2. 50 gramchana dal
  3. 25 grammasoor dal
  4. 25 gramrice
  5. 25 gramsoyabean
  6. 3 teaspoonginger garlic chilli paste
  7. to taste Salt
  8. 1/2 teaspoonasafoetida
  9. 1/2 teaspooncumin seeds
  10. 1/2 cupCoriander leaves
  11. 100 gramspinach leaves
  12. as neededOil

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Take all three dal and soyabean and rice and soak it for 5 hours.
    Then drain water

    In a mixer grinder add ginger chilli garlic paste and the soaked items, spinach and coriander and make a batter. Add water if needed.
    Batter should be too thick or too thin.

    Then add salt, asafoetida, cumin seeds and coriander in batter and mix then well.

    Make a chila using this batter.
    Now your chila is ready serve it with schezwan chutney or tomato ketchup
    I have add some vegetables in the chila to make it look colourful. You can also try adding veggies of your choice
