Steps

Take all three dal and soyabean and rice and soak it for 5 hours.
Then drain water - 2
In a mixer grinder add ginger chilli garlic paste and the soaked items, spinach and coriander and make a batter. Add water if needed.
Batter should be too thick or too thin. - 3
Then add salt, asafoetida, cumin seeds and coriander in batter and mix then well.

Make a chila using this batter.
Now your chila is ready serve it with schezwan chutney or tomato ketchup
I have add some vegetables in the chila to make it look colourful. You can also try adding veggies of your choice
