Use piping hot water.
This is a light soup that cleanses the palate. If you prefer a stronger flavor, add more kimchi.

1 tspChicken soup stock granules
1 dashSesame oil
180 mlHot water

Put the kimchi, soup powder, and sesame oil in a bowl, then add boiling water and stir.

Add wakame, green onion, or white sesame seeds to taste.
