1 sliceBread (any kind)
1 smallbunch Boiled spinach
1 sliceBacon
1Mayonnaise
1 pinchSoup stock granules
1 sliceEasy melting cheese
1Coarsely ground black pepper

Steps

Spread the mayonnaise on a slice of bread. If using a squeeze-type, use a spoon or knife to spread the mayonnaise evenly.

Drain the spinach and cut into 2 cm pieces. Place on the bread and crush the soup stock granules over the bread to sprinkle. (Seefor the boiling method.)

Cut the bacon into 2 cm strips and place on top of the spinach.

Place the cheese on top and sprinkle some salt and pepper over it. Toast in a toaster oven until it looks crispy and golden.
