Ingredients

  • 10Ripe Tomatoes
  • 1/2 bunchCilantro Leaves
  • 1 mediumWhite Onion
  • 3 cloveGarlic
  • 1/4 cupLight Olive Oil
  • 2to 3 Jalapeños
  • 2Serrano Peppers
  • 1to 2 green chiles (Anaheim, Pablano, Banana, etc)
  • 1Lime
  • 1Green Bell Pepper
  • 1Red Bell Pepper
  • 1Orange Bell Pepper
  • 3 tbspRed Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tbspMustard Seed
  • 1 canTomato Paste (optional)
  • 1Salt to taste

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Chop ingredients as finely as desired.

  2. 2

    Mix together in large mixing bowl.

  3. 3

    Cut and squeeze lime juice into salsa.

  4. 4

    Mix in Vinegar, Mustard Seed, any other spices you like, and the optional can of tomato paste.

  5. 5

    Refrigerate leftovers.

  6. 6

    Try with Mango, Pineapple, or Orange!
