Kadai Paneer

Paneer is one of the best sources of protein. People of all ages enjoy both sweet and savory dishes made with it. I made Kadai Paneer according to my family's taste, and it's a very delicious dish. I did not add bell pepper because my family does not prefer it with paneer or cloves.

Steps
- 1
Cut the onions and paneer into pieces.
- 2
Turn on the stove and heat oil and butter in a kadai (wok). Add the onions and sauté. Then add tomatoes, cashews, and whole spices, and sauté again. Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool, then blend it into a paste. In the same kadai, sauté the chopped onions, then add the ginger-garlic paste.
- 3
Add all the spices and 1 tablespoon water. Mix well and sauté.
- 4
Add the blended paste and cook until the oil separates. Add the paneer pieces, mix well, then add 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add salt and mix. Crush the dried fenugreek leaves and add them, then turn off the heat.
- 5
Garnish with blanched green peas and cilantro, then serve.
