Chop the onions and make puree of the tomatoes and keep aside. Also make slices of onion and bell pepper keep aside.

In a kadai take oil add zeera and chopped ginger sute it add o ion chopped saute it till light brown add ginger garlic paste, turmic and red chilli powder salt mix it nicely add dhaniya powder.

Now add tomato puree cook it nicely until oil separate on low flame it will take 5 to 8 mins.

Now in a pan add some oil put the veggies saute thwm on low flame add paneer and saute it too add the kadai masala toss all the things in the pan for 2 to 3 mins.

Now assemble the veggies n planner into the kadai and cook it mix it nicely add chopped coriander. It's done serve hot with tandoori roti.
