Ingredients

10 minutes
4 servings
  • 3-4shitakes diced or sliced
  • 1medium onion sliced
  • 1tomato diced
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 1 tspsalt
  • Halftsp red chilli powder
  • Halftsp chaat masala optional
  • Halftsp garam masala
  • Pinchblack pepper
  • Halftsp cumin powder
  • Halftsp cumin seeds

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Take some oil and roast cumin seeds.now add onion and green chilli

  2. 2

    Just after state for 2 minutes add all the spices and mix well.cook 1 minute and add tomato

  3. 3

    Now after softened the whole mixture just immediately add diced shitakes and cook to make just soft.

  4. 4

    Optionally if you add chopped nuts it make more flavorful to it.
