First beat one egg in a bowl. Then add milk, sugar and salt.

Add vanilla essence to enhance the flavor.

Heat the pan. Place the bread slices and pour the egg mixture on both the sides of the bread. Other way dip the bread slice in the egg mixture and toast it in the pan.

Pour ghee and toast both the sides and remove once done

French toast is ready to plate
