First, combine the flours in a bowl and mix well. Then add the corn kernels and mix. Add all the spices, lemon juice, salt, chilies, coriander leaves and mix well. Keep for 10 minutes.

Then add water as needed to make a thick paste. Then keep the oil to heat on medium flame. Then take the pakora mixture and dip the capsicum pieces with a fork in the batter.

When oil is moderate hot, drop a little portion of batter to check if it has reached the correct temperature. If the batter floats in top, then add the capsicum pieces one by one and fry gently to golden brown.

Then remove them on kitchen paper and let the oil drain. Then serve with tomato sauce and chutney of your choice. Enjoy!
