Steps

Heat oil and butter in a pan.

Chop the veggies and keep aside.

Put in the onions, carrots, peas, tomato, salt and turmeric powder in the pan and fry it till the carrots become soft.

Add cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and fry till it mix well with the veggies.

Then remove the veggies from the pan and break the eggs in the pan and fry it till it gets scrambled then add the veggies back in the pan and fry it for 3-4 mins more.

Serve it hot and enjoy.
