Boiled chana grated ginger chopped onion garlic & green chilli

Grind in grinder jar add all Masala & bread crumbs make a perfect dough

Make small bolls put a stick in it & sticking the dough with stick

Take a pan or tawa oiling it & put the kabab on it for cooked brush oil on it & cooked on both side

On low mid flame fry till change colour as brown & crispy serve it with green chilli sauce & tomato ketchup with some onions
