Ingredients

  • 1 cupBajra flour
  • 1/2 cupWheat flour
  • 1 cupcleaned and chopped Methi leaves
  • 1 tbspcurd
  • 1Green chilli, chopped(optional)
  • 1/4 tspHaldi powder
  • 1/4 tspRed chilli powder
  • to taste Salt
  • as requiredOil to tawa fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Take both flours and rest of the ingredients in a bowl and knead a firm dough with lukewarm water.

    Pinch the dough and roll them like balls.

  3. 3

    Now Roll them out into parantha and roast on a tawa applying oil till they are nicely browned.

    Serve hot with any sabzi or Any chutney.
