Steps

Boil maggi(3/4 packet)in a pan.

When it is cooked properly..keep aside and cool it

Take a bowl add boiled maggi,2 tbsp corn flour,salt and 1 tbsp capscium, 1 tbsp onion, ginger

Make balls

Crush 1 packet of maggi and coat these balls with raw maggi
- 6
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry these balls

Add 1 tbsp oil in a pan.Add finely chopped capsicum,onion green chilli to it saute until it becomes golden brown.Add vinegar,soya sauce, green chilli sauce,tomato sauce,water containing corn flour mixture (bowl of water and 1 tbsp corn flour) into it.and cook for 2 mins.Lastly add maggi balls and salt as per taste Our Maggi manchurian is ready to eat.
