Heat and cover for about 20 mins, it should release some natural juices. If so, add your salt, pepper, and knorr Swizza. Mix and fold together.

Dice your tomatoes, onion, and jalapeño and add to your meat and fold it twice.

Dice your 2 large zucchinis and add them to your meat and other veggies. Cover and let it simmer for about 1 hour or 40 mins.

40-60 mins later you're meat should be nice, juicy, tender, and should have absorbed the natural veggie juices as well. ENJOY
