Simple! Fluffy and Moist French Toast

My version!
Top with powdered sugar, fruit, jam, ice cream, heavy cream, ham, tuna, etc... whatever you like!
Actually, it's really simple because you're just mixing the ☆ ingredients and soaking with bread.
Because the butter is melted at low heat and the bread is slowly fried at medium-low heat, the heat passes through the center and makes the bread moist and fluffy! Recipe by Mama buta

- 1
Add the ☆ ingredients in a bowl. Mix well until the egg white membrane is broken and the mixture is smooth!
- 2
Cut the bread slices in half.
- 3
Soak both sides of the bread in the mixture from Step 1. Once most of the mixture has been absorbed, melt some butter in a frying pan.
- 4
Slowly fry the bread on medium-low heat until it becomes golden brown on both sides.
- 5
Once fried, transfer to a plate. Top with maple syrup and enjoy!
