Prepare cooked spaghetti for use

Infuse a small portion of garlic into oil using low heat

Fry scallops in the pan for 1 minutes each side

Add butter, salt and black pepper, and mix well

Put scallops into a plate for serving

Infuse remaining portion of garlic into oil using low heat

Add cooked spaghetti and its water into the pan, and mix well

Add appropriate amount of parsley, black pepper and chilli oil and mix well
