Ingredients

25-30 minute
2 servings
  • 2Bitter gourds (unpeeled)
  • 1 tablespooncornflour
  • 2 tablespoonsgram flour (basin)
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoonginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoonGaram masala powder
  • 1 cupoil for deep frying

Steps

25-30 minute
  1. 1

    Firstly dip bitter gourd in water for some time then chop thin slices of bitter gourd for chips. Further pop in all ingredients spices mentioned above marinate it and set aside for 15 minutes.

    Once it’s marinated well take a pan add oil while it hot set it on the medium flame burner and drop chips make sure not to overlap them fry it in two batches once they are golden each on both sides remove it on palate towel to remove the excess oil.

    Serve it hot. Over crispy fried bitter gourd chips are ready to relish.
