Bring to boil three kgs of milk in a pan

When the Milk starts boiling add three cups of sugar. Mix well and keep on stirring occasionally so that the milk doesn't get burnt. Keep the flame on the medium low

You have to keep stirring the Milk till the Milk quantity reduces to half. And about to thicken. No need to add cornflour for thickening. Thicken it to the consistency shown in pic.switch off the gas and let the rabri cool down and Transfer it to a bowl.

On cooling down,add the small small rasgullas to it. Its totally optional and upto you. Decorate it with chandi ka wark. Chill and Serve
