Cooking Instructions

Whisk milk and vinegar, set aside.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.

After milk/vinegar mixture has sit for 5+ minutes, whisk in egg and melted butter into it.

Combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, whisk until smooth and lump free.

Heat skillet over medium heat. Coat with cooking spray or butter. Spoon batter into skillet the size you prefer. Fry until bubbles form on top, flip and fry until brown.

Add butter, syrup and your favorite toppings.
