Cut potatoes into small cubes. Preheat oven to 400°F.

Place potatoes, vegetable oil, and seasoning into gallon bag. Shake the bag until all the potatoes are covered in oil and seasoning.

Place the potatoes evenly onto a cookie sheet and place into oven for 30mins. Flip potatoes over half way through.
