Take a bowl add rava,salt and wheat flour and sugar mix it nicely then add curd mix it well..and make a batter with the help of water normal constitency not to thick not in runny normsl dosa batter it shoul be

The batter constiency should be like this..now take a non-stick pan heat it up pan when its hot drizzle some water and the wipe it out..and the pour 1 tbsp batter on it and make dosa like this..cook the dosa on low to medium flame..after 10 min you can see the dosa is cook from the down size drizzle 1 tsp oil..anther 5 min cook and its done

Friends try this dosa its too much crispy no need to soak no fermentation....you can serve it with ketchup or sambhar as per your choice
