I always prefer healthy recipes to be made. In my recipe I have given a healthy twist to the Masala Veg Aata Noodles. This is an awesome recipe with fantastic taste.
Steps

Wash the vegetables, heat up oil in a pan sauté them then add maggi masala, salt and red chilli powder. Add 1.5 cup water.

After one boil add the noodles. Let it cook 75 percent. Turn off the flame and let it cool.

Add all dry masalas in the besan and make a thick batter.

Very carefully remove the leaves from the cabbage. Wash them. Trim the thick part of the leaf.

Keep them in hot water for 2 minutes.

Spread the leaves apply besan on it and then maggi. Repeat the same with another leaf.

Roll both of them and apply besan again on the outer side.

Heat up water in a big vessel. Put a sieve on it. Keep the rolled leaves on the sieve and cover them for 10 minutes on high flame.

Now take them out let it cool. Cut into pieces.

Heat oil in a pan add sesame seeds and some red chilli powder. Spread this tadka on the patras. Enjoy with Maggi Rich Tomato Ketchup.
