If you want without pakora kadhi try this Rajasthani kadhi.It is a very easy, delicious & quick kadhi recipe. The recipe does not take much time to make as no pakoras are added to it.

In a big bowl add curd, besan, salt, and water and mix with the madani (with no lumps)

Heat oil in a kadai splutter cumin seeds, methi Dana, asafoedita, mustard seeds, curryleaf, ginger garlic paste sauté well till raw smells gone.add sliced onion sauté again till became golden brown

Pour with besan kadhi mix.

Add Turmeric, chilli powder, salt and mix well cook until raw smells gone and kadhi became thick.

For double tempering heat ghee in tadka pan add bay leaf, 2 red chilli and chilli powder. fry for few seconds till the red chilli change its color pour this on to the kadhi. Serve hot with steamed rice and roti.taste is yummy.
