500 gmandazi flour
50 gsugar
1 teaspoonginger powder
100 gmargarine
Warm milk
Oil for frying

In a bowl put the dry ingredients and rub in the margarine

Pour in the warm milk and knead to a soft dough, let it rest about 20 minutes

Roll out and cut with a heart shaped cookie cutter
4

Heat the oil and fry
5

Serve dredged with icing sugar
