#GA4#week25 Roti/Phulka/Chapati are unleavened wheat flour flat bread rolled out much thinner than Naan or kulcha. Roti are cooked in tawa or flat griddle and comes out like a soft ball and served them hot by topping lots of ghee

Take a wide vessel add to the flour, oil and then add them water as required
- 2
Knead them well and bind semi soft dough lastly add oil while kneading the dough now cover the dough for at least 20mins

Now divide the dough into small portion and keep them aside

Now one portion of dough and roll them in dry flour and start rolling in rolling pad and roll into thin round shape

Now heat the tawa and start roasting the phulka, turn first side and next then put them on the main burner and roast as per your choice soft, crisp

Now they are ready serve them hot spreading ghee on it

Your yummy and soft Phulka Roti is ready
